Manage the team in the kitchen environment in order to achieve and maintain the highest possible standards of quality and service.

Integrated assessment:

An integrated assessment approach is incorporated into the qualification. Various forms of assessment are used on a continuous basis through evaluation of theoretical knowledge as well as practical Culinary Arts in the kitchen environment.
