Demonstrate an ability to apply competence in the theoretical, technical and empirical aspects of history to a range of social, vocational and academic problem-solving contexts.
The qualification will empower learners with appropriate knowledge, skills and competencies in the discipline of history to enable them to make a meaningful contribution to society through the participation and application in the principles of good citizenship, which includes notions of professional work ethic, and social and practical tolerance.
Ability to design and write research proposals.
Ability to write well researched extended essays in specialised fields of History.
