The learner / Does the learner:
1. Design, implement and reflectively evaluate a relevant intervention (supportive/problem-solving interview, group work, crisis intervention/counselling, mental health education) based on scientific principles to adequately address/solve the mental health problem(s)
2. -Effectively participate as a member of the multi-professional team. Execute relevant clinical and professional responsibilities within the legal, contracted and authorized scope of practice and job description.
3. Adherence to the professional, ethical and legal standards (legislation, regulations, code of conduct/values) of the mental health profession, country, and university.
4. Display basic knowledge, skills and attitudes related to the research in the clinical, mental health fields. Effectively identify, analyse, prioritise and interpret research problems in the clinical, mental health environment. Formative assessment practices that will be implemented:
The learner’s abilities (knowledge, skills, values and attitudes) are continuously assessed by means of independent/group assignments, case studies and seminars, self and peer evaluation and formative clinical/ practical competency assessment.
Summative assessment practices that will be implemented:
Integrated assessment, focusing on the achievement of the exit-level outcomes, will be done by means of formal theoretical (three hour examinations) and comprehensive clinical examinations (in the second year). Each examination paper (covering the content of two modules) must be passed independently.
