PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD
This Unit Standard is intended for people employed in the public sector at the practitioner level. Persons credited with this Unit Standard are able to take responsibility for organising their own work in the work roles for which they are directly accountable.
The qualifying learner is capable of:
Developing work plans approved by supervisor.
Monitoring own work performance under guidance of supervisor.
Demonstrating initiative, flexibility and accountability within allocated responsibilities.
