  • SayPro Team, Response to Power and Internet Connection

    Good day all!

Please kindly note that the issue behind loadshedding and internet connectivity was discussed on the previous meetings as multiple employees reported it as their main challenge towards complying on their work. As we all know that the whole of South Africa is affected by power cuts and weak network connectivity happening in different schedules depending on the locations, we hope to recover from the situation very soon.

The team came to a resolution that each and every SayPro team member is responsible for the work which is and was assigned to them. It is the employee’s duty to make sure to comply and reach milestones regardless of issues of power cuts and network failure. It is recommended that when there are no internet connection people can be working on other tasks which do not require them to be online or they can attend to personal matters then when power is back, they can recover the time lost during the power cut and continue with their work.

SayPro employees raised some concerns of being worried and stressed due to the power issues interfering with their work. SayPro wants to improve the quality of life of employees, reduce stress level of employees and boosts performance by allowing employees to be flexible with their working hours to promote a healthy-work life balance.
