Memo: Change in Payslip Delivery Method

    To: All SayPro Staff

    Dear Team

I hope this memo finds you well. I am writing to inform you of a small but important change in our payslip delivery method. Starting from 12/09/2023, all payslips will only be sent via personal email addresses, rather than work email addresses.

This change has been implemented to ensure the confidentiality and privacy of your personal salary information. By sending payslips to your personal email addresses, we aim to minimize any potential risks or breaches that may occur through work email accounts.

What do you need to do?

    1. Provide your personal email address: In order to receive your payslip securely, please provide your personal email address to managers no later than 13/09/2023 You can send them to your managers via teams
    2. Double-check your email address: Please ensure that the personal email address you provide is accurate and up-to-date. If you have recently changed your personal email address, kindly inform your manager immediately to ensure uninterrupted payslip delivery.
    3. Confidentiality and data security: Remember to treat your payslip as confidential information and ensure that your personal email account is secure against unauthorized access. If you have any concerns about the security of your personal email account, please notify us.

Thank you for your cooperation in implementing this change. If you have any questions regarding the new payslip delivery method, please feel free to reach out to me for clarification.

    Kind regards

    Clifford Legodi
