This unit standard is intended: · To provide proficient knowledge of the areas covered · For those working in the area of Data Communications & Networking People credited with this unit standard are able to: · Set up user access to a LAN. · Set up a directory service infrastructure for a LAN. · Monitor performance of a LAN. · Resolve user access, fileserver and performance problems with a LAN. · Implement a backup strategy for a LAN. · The performance of all elements is to a standard that allows for further learning in this area. |
