SayPro clients might forget their login details as time goes and they require assistance to reset them.
Below are the steps to reset a client’s password
- Once logged in to your profile there is a black ribbon on top.
- Go to the top left of the ribbon and click on SayPro, open the dashboard.
- On the left side of the dashboard search for users to access all the profiles of clients.
- When on the user you can search for the user using their email address, name, surname, nickname, or ID number.
- Once the client’s profile is located, open it by clicking edit.
- On the profile you can edit and update the information, it is important to put the correct display name e.g. name surname.
- since we need to reset the password we can scroll down until we see set new password.
- Click on the set new password and enter the new password, ensure the password is strong otherwise it will be removed automatically.
- Once the new password is entered, scroll down to the bottom end and click update.
- Update the client on their new password.
