You have requested to be assessed through our organization. To ensure effective assessment, there needs to be a commitment from you to attend training if required and submit evidence of workplace application as required by the Assessor to the online Academy.

I herewith fulfil all the requirements of the assessment practices as specified by the assessor and service provider and by clicking complete on the online Academy, I fully agree that I will be committed to be assessed by your organization online.
Learner’s documents are all uploaded electronically online on the Southern Africa Youth Academy when the learner enrolls.
