  • A floor plan of the DC, showing the different functional areas/layouts, activities, and sections are drawn as it applies to the organization.
  • The different functions of each department/area in the DC are described as they function in the organization
  • A flow chart showing stock movement through the DC is drawn as it applies to the organization.
