1. Greater breadth of knowledge of the field of Management is demonstrated in projects and programmes produced.
2. Management problems are identified and solved with judgments across a range of functional areas.
3. Business research projects, case studies and assignments reflect teamwork in an effective and organised way.
4. Theoretical and practical information across a range of functional areas of management is collected, analysed, organised and critically evaluated in the form of reports and projects.
5. Language skills in oral and written presentation are demonstrated as effective communication skills and the ability to use OHPs.
6. Basic desktop computer tools are used to solve management problems effectively.
7. Holistic approaches are used to solve strategic business problems
Integrated assessment:
All modules in the Department will be evaluated on a continuous assessment basis. Formative assessment consists of various kinds of individual and group assignments, presentations, case studies, role plays and simulations, research essays provided for feedback and mentoring. Summative assessment is by formal examination.
