Through Southern Africa Youth Academy, I have been prepared for this course assessment by the Assessor. This has been confirmed by the date and time below.
I confirm that should I have special assessment requirements. I will do a special request through the contact details given.
Explain to the candidate why you are meeting and the purpose of the assessment.
- The candidate herewith agrees that we will use the NQF Frame Assessment Process.
Discuss the assessment plan in detail.
- The candidate herewith agrees that we will use the Assessment Strategy.
Explain the assessment process, show assessment instruments to the candidate and describe assessment conditions
- The candidate herewith agree that we will use the Assessment instruments
Identify the role-players during the assessment.
- The candidate herewith agrees that they will be an Assessors and a Moderator
Describe the evidence required to be declared competent
- The candidate herewith agrees that we will use the Examples of evidence to declared competency.
Explain how evidence will be judged.
- The candidate herewith agrees that we will be judged online on Southern Africa youth Academy.
Explain to the candidate how to prepare: Give candidate summative task description.
- The candidate herewith agree that we will use the Summative task description
Confirm with the candidate what he/she should bring to the assessment.
- The candidate herewith agree that we will use the Detailed briefing on exact requirements to be given to the candidate
Ensure that candidate understands the procedures of all assessment practices.
- The candidate herewith agree that the Appeals procedure, Moderation procedure, Assessment policy are part of the procedure of the assessment practice.
Ask the candidate if he/she foresees any problems or identify any special needs
- The candidate herewith agrees that we will use the List of needs provided by the candidate.
Check with the candidate that he/she clearly understands the assessment procedure
- The candidate herewith agree that they understand all the assessment procedure.
